Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges
– Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
-Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging
-Proof of purchase is required for all returns and exchanges.
How to Return or Exchange an Item

2. Return Shipping: You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item is defective or the wrong item was sent.
3. Processing Your Return: Once we receive your returned item, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
Exceptions
– Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
– For health and safety reasons, opened skincare and haircare products may not be eligible for returns.
Incorrect Shipping Address
If a package is returned to Opura Cosmetics due to an incorrect or undeliverable shipping address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost as well as any additional fees incurred to reship the item. Please ensure that all shipping information is accurate when placing your order.
Refunds
-Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
Refunds for Customer Errors
In the event of a refund requested due to customer error (e.g., incorrect address, order placed by mistake), the refunded amount will exclude the payment processing fees charged by our payment providers (Stripe or PayPal). These fees are non-refundable. For example, if your original payment was $85 and the payment platform retained $2 as a processing fee, your refund will be $83.
